1. Choose your item. Pick your size (every product page has a size chart and a size calculator) and, for our custom made items, the color of your logo. Click ADD TO CART.

2. Review your cart. Open the bag icon at the top right to change quantities or remove items. Then click CHECKOUT.

3. Enter your details. Log in with your ONETURTLE account and everything is filled in for you, or check out as a guest. The delivery address can be different from your own address.

4. Check and pay. Review your order and pay with iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more. You will instantly receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number, and another e-mail as soon as your order is on its way from our studio.

Your item does not exist yet when you place your order. We print it in our studio within 1-10 business days. Swimwear and caps are made by a specialist atelier; allow 7-14 business days for those. Only then does your package start its journey.

We do our very best to show the colors in our photos as accurately as possible, but every screen displays colors a little differently. Every item is checked by hand before it ships. Did you receive an item that is not perfect? Please contact us right away.

Once your package leaves our studio: the Netherlands 1-3 business days, Europe 2-7 business days. Around holidays it can take a little longer. You will see the expected delivery date at checkout and in your confirmation and shipping e-mails.

Free shipping in the Netherlands on orders above €100, in Belgium and Germany above €150 and in the rest of the EU above €250. Below those amounts, shipping costs are shown at checkout. For the Netherlands, letterbox post is sometimes possible; our system shows this option automatically. Please note: letterbox post has no track & trace and is not insured.

ONETURTLE ships from the Netherlands. Within the EU there are no customs charges. At the moment we only ship within the EU.

Every shipment (except letterbox post) is insured against theft and transport damage until you have received your package. Does your package arrive damaged? Refuse the delivery or add a note when signing for it, and take a photo of the package.
