Not quite what you expected? Let's fix it together. You have 14 days after delivery to decide, and another 14 days to send your return.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

1. Log in to your account and select the order you want to return, or send us a message via our contact form.
2. You receive a confirmation and the return instructions by e-mail. We reply within 24 hours (on business days).
3. Send your return to our return address below. You arrange and pay for the return shipment yourself; we recommend a tracked service, as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

CONDITIONS

You may unpack and try your item the way you would in a store. If an item shows signs of use beyond that, we may deduct the reduction in value from your refund. Swimwear is sealed for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. If you return part of your order and the remaining total falls below the free shipping limit (€100, €150 or €250, depending on your country), the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

YOUR REFUND

You will receive the refund via the payment method you used, within 14 days after your withdrawal. We may wait until we have received your return or your proof of shipment. Shipping costs are refunded when your items are faulty or if you return your complete order. As soon as we receive your return, we send you a confirmation by e-mail.

EXCHANGES

Prefer an exchange instead of a refund? Just let us know in your return request and we will arrange it.

FAULTY ITEMS

Is something wrong with your item? Contact us. Your legal warranty always applies and in that case the return is on us. A photo helps us a lot.

MODEL WITHDRAWAL FORM

You can also withdraw using the European model withdrawal form: To ONETURTLE, Laarderweg 134, 3755 AT Eemnes, The Netherlands: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [description]. Ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name and address of the consumer, date, and, if this form is sent on paper, signature. Sending this form is not required; a message via your account or the contact form is enough.
