Privacy policy
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from oneturtle.shop (the “Site”).
Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this information as “Order Information”. When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Sharing you personal information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. If you are a European/Brazilian/Mexican resident, you have the right to request personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European/Brazilian/Mexican resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

SPECIAL AND/OR SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS
Our website does not intend to collect data about visitors under the age of 16 unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify the age of a visitor. Therefore, we recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities to prevent the collection of data about children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a minor without parental consent, please contact us at hello@oneturtle.shop, and we will delete this information.

ONETURTLE only provides personal data to third parties if necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

ACCESSING, MODIFYING, OR DELETING PERSONAL DATA
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by ONETURTLE, as well as the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization designated by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to hello@oneturtle.shop. To ensure that the request for access is made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Social Security number (BSN) to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
