1. Your order lands in the studio

Every order comes straight to our own studio. No warehouse, no middleman. We see every single order that comes in. And yes, we still get happy about each one.

2. We print your piece

Your garment starts as a blank made from organic and recycled materials. We print your design in-house, one piece at a time. This is the heart of made-to-order: nothing is produced until someone actually wants it, so nothing is wasted.

3. Inspected by hand

Before anything goes into a mailer, we check it: the print, the fabric, the details. If it's not right, it doesn't ship. Simple as that.

4. Packed and on its way

Your order ships in packaging that's designed to be disposed of responsibly (check our disposal guide), usually within 1 to 10 business days of ordering.

Why we tell you this

Because the wait is the story. Those few days are the difference between clothing made for a warehouse and clothing made for you. Fast fashion can't say that.
